The immediate challenge was to complete the office relocation, a complex project that involves high levels of risk in terms of maintaining data security, communication channels and general connectivity.

The Tokyo Gas project is a great example of Commandacom’s ability to manage and take care of every aspect of a client’s communications requirements. We worked closely with the client team to plan the logistics of the move, provide advice and perform site audits. Our then teams relocated Tokyo Gas’ IT Network, voice and data cabling and their entire telephone system on the same day. Thorough preparation and collaboration with the client team achieved a rapid relocation with no hiccups.

The project was executed smoothly. Tokyo Gas management and staff had no need to worry about anything other than turning up at their new office location and getting on with business.
